The LISI house is divided into three zones: core services, housing and adjacent patios. The spacious and flexible living area is the center of the house and provides room for different activities. Large sliding doors open out to the partially enclosed courtyards and expand the central living area to the north and south. A compact service core serves as a private retreat. It accommodates the bathroom and bedroom as well as the entire HVAC.
